The following confidentiality clause applies if Ohio Valley Flooring has provided you with a user account, including a user ID and password for use of Ohio Valley Flooring Online (“OVF Online”). These items are considered confidential information and should only be made accessible to the appropriate individuals within your company. All information obtained through the OVF Online should be considered confidential and under no circumstances should be made available to anyone outside of your company. You are responsible for ALL USE of this user account. In the event of a personnel change or suspected misuse, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately so that we can change the password or disable the account. Access to OVF Online may be revoked at the sole discretion of Ohio Valley Flooring for any reason.
OTHER
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
